Item's that have been used are not returnable.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no International shipping at this time.
If for any reason you are un-happy with your purchase you will have 30 days to return it to Cooke's Cutlery. All merchandise must be returned unused and in it's original packaging.
A full refund will not be given to products returned after the 30 day period or if the items are returned not in their original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged a percentage will be also taken from the refund.
Please send all items back to Cooke's Cutlery via the carrier of your choice. Your credit card will be credited within 14 business days of the day of receipt of returned products.

We ship all product by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is only $6.00 for every order over $100.00, and $12.00 for every order $99.99 and lower. Actual charges will incur for products shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. If you ever have any questions about your tracking or would like to track your package on your own please use the contact us form and we will provide you with your tracking number.
